1. What is your design philosophy?

We design our own collections and can work with you to create custom orders. Our jewellery is made to the highest possible standard by our experienced Goldsmiths.

2. What is the Fatto a Manoush exchange policy?

We’ll exchange any product that isn’t up to snuff, as long as you haven’t worn or damaged it. You’ve got 10 days to do it.

3. How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

(Custom orders excluded) products should arrive at your door within 3-4 business days for Greece shipping and 7-10 business days for international shipping. 

4. The item I want is sold out, how can I get it?

We hate waiting, too, but this happens sometimes. We’ll do our best to keep you informed when the products have been restocked.
